★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staffs r very warm especially mrs lucthmy... But couple others r quite rude towards customers. Plus air selangor procedures for new meter r so 'menyusahkan' n tiresome... Please improve.. we (along with my mother in law) went four times to the office from our home in melawati , before finally manage to get water re-connected for our farm in hulu langat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came as early as 8.40 since it will be open on 9.00 am. I have read all the bad reviews about the place, however from my experience, the service is good. Maybe because the previous reviews is from 2 years back. But, nowadays it seem good there. Overall, good experience and just wanna give 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23/5 akak yang jaga kaunter 3 pukul 2 tghari tadi tolong jaga attitude as customer service. Smile and pls jgn bring your personal issue while working. Guide people properly and pls speak with manners if you want people to respect you as well. whatever happen behind the door of your office people just dont care. As customer service you should atleast smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to reconnect water line, As expected with govt offices, always slow, long queue under the sun with limited people allowed inside, there were fans under the tent on the waiting area but no power, everyone waiting was drenched in sweat, took almost an hour to get inside and get it done. But once complaint given, they get the job done on time. So still okay, just need lots and lots of improvisation on customer care
