One of the worker complain new goverment punya pasal la ni.So now what is the use they working and getting salary.poor service.They not attending the call and top up only wasting.When one of the malay syabas guy came and open water back he control it so it has more pressure but less water this cause my bill going up like hell.My previous payment not updated in my new bill.Im so so angry on this poor service

Insufficient details on website on application for water supply. Called, emailed, messaged on Facebook but to no avail. New owners please download the documents ftom website & fill up before going. Need to print 2 copies of the water supply agreement as they will stamp 2 sets. Prepare some cash for about RM100 - RM200 as deposit (depending on the type of your residence). It must be paid in cash. Lady at the counter was making noise just because she had to print another bill. Very inconvenient as TNB and IWK offer online applications and require less or no paperwork. Had to queue up long at kaunter pertanyaan for numbers when counter lady has to deal with customers' queries at the same time. Limited parking. At least the guy doing stamping is friendly. My 2 stars are for him. Syabas deserves nothing.

had the worst experience dealing with customer services center. Due to traffic jam caused by car accident, i reached the office at 4pm, but at the front counter they have started to say that the service counter will close within half hour and refuse to the give me the q number even though there have only 3 person in waiting list. after a short argument, only they willing to pass me the q number. at 4.10pm my number has been called but the front desk requested me to come on the next day due to the process will takes long and it will not made it before 4.30pm. 2nd day take another leave to proceed and it only use 10 minutes to complete the whole application. totally waste of my time and everything else. And the best part is those staff attitude was like we "owe" them few millions

It's always long queue either to take the queuing number / made inquiries. The front admin staff definitely requires mastering time efficiency and multitasking and smile.

Too many people vs too few staff working. Waited an hour just to open an account. People who are queueing to be their customers have to wait more than an hour to be served. Would never have come if we don't have a choice. Attitude is very poor. Very bad experience.
