β β β β β I'm not even gonna comment about the customer service at the Perak Transit Counter Aman Jaya Ipoh bcs it's just so ridiculous. Ok so my friend and I booked two tickets to Penang last week, the bus arrived LATE. IT SAYS ON THE TICKET THAT THE BUS IS DEPARTING AT 10.30 AM BUT THE BUS ARRIVED AROUND 11 AM. OUR SEATS WERE TAKEN BY SOME BRAINLESS MORONS AND WE ASKED THIS TO THE BUS DRIVER HE SAID "THEY'RE ALL FROM CAMERON HIGHLAND" WHO THE HECK CARES? KAU DARI FRANCE KE DARI COLOMBIA KE, KAU DUDUK SEAT KAU LA BUKAN DUDUK SEAT ORANG LAIN. DRIVER BUS BUAT BODOH JE OMG I WAS IN A LOT OF STRESS THAT DAY
