2) staff really not well trained, i try to get imformation, regarding the housing unit from the person incharge, end up being ding dong here and there between several people..just to asking for 1 question
3) please close the call center, it bullshitt really
4) My advice for prima, please improve the service and please ensure your focal person is well imformative, selling house is not just building it and let it sell...you got to have strong customer service also..buying a house it not like buying a candy at shop ..see and buy...put an sell..please learn from private housing agent..the service and the way the sell..
