β β β β β 1 star because the staff no friendly and the room ? i rasa tak tukar cadar and sarung bantal . i jumpa kesan air liur basi kat bantal & kesan air putih kat bantal kerusi + jumpa rambut bersepah at bath up area . kotor (location banyan tree residence)
 1 star because the staff is not friendly and the room ? I don't think I changed the sheets and pillowcases. I found stale saliva on the pillow & white water on the chair pillow + found littered hair at the bath up area. dirty (banyan tree residence location)

β β β β β Stay for 2 day and for a 5 star residence im really suprise that the price is amazingly cheap.
The bathtub in the Executive suite is wonderful the view was facing pavilion mall and pullman hotel but the lighting inside the bathroom make it so romantic my girlfriend and i enjoy the bathtub so much.
The staff was very friendly and helpful im looking forward to check in again.

β β β β β Stayed in Banyan Tree Residence for 2 nights. Firstly, the parking provided was all the way up in in 9th floor, but there weren't clear instructions given. The room itself was nice, but very limited amenities were provided, with no chance of preparing a meal as the stove wasn't working and no pot and pans provided. This wasn't clearly stated on the page, as you'd expect going into an Airbnb with a kitchen thinking you could cook. When I called to inquire if there were any units with a functional kitchen, the person sounded rude, saying that this place was actually meant for long-term stays. The wifi connection was very poor, the heater wasn't great and the bathtub was quite dirty, but the Netflix on the TV worked well so we tried to still have an enjoyable time. As we couldn't prepare any food, we had to get food delivery. For checkout, they sent one of their cleaners to the place before we left, and he started auditing the cleanliness of the space. Due to some food stains on the bedsheet, he took one of the used toothbrushes in the toilet and started trying to see if it could go off right in front of us. He then proceeded to say that we have to pay RM110 for some "special cleaning treatment", when it could easily go off with some detergent and bleach. He didn't wear his mask and was extremely rude towards us so I asked to meet his manager, who came over soon after. Although the manager was slightly more polite, he also insisted that we make a payment. I told him that I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and demeanor, and had NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE in all my years staying in Airbnbs. As the manager said that we don't have to pay for the sheets, the cleaner went and picked up the rug from the toilet and asked us to pay RM20 for the dirt on that instead, which we did just to get out of there at this point. It was all so absurd, and I would NEVER go back there again, or recommend it to anyone else. Which is such a shame cause I'm quite a regular customer to many stays on Airbnb in KL. This has to be one of my worst experiences in over a decade of regularly staying in Airbnbs all over the world.

β β β β β Had a best staycation here at ceylon. the room design is so cool and the pocket garden are just so perfect for a photoshoot. Oh ya, i just need to pay for 1 night and get another night for free!!
