It takes an hour after persuaded me to fill a form and asking for personal details including my credit card number

β β β β β I am very upset as i had called to HQ to terminate my donation in April 2021. The staff said they will terminate for me within 7 days and i found that they charge me on 4th Max 2021.
I have been donating since 2012.
And this is how they treat me!
Definitely not effectively, how to trust this foundation? I even ask if there is any black and white.
I hope u refund me or i am going to make a serious complaint!

β β β β β I only donated because I feel sorry and it seemed legit but yeah ill just commit for the 6 months thing and then cancel it. Looking at these comments, makes me wonder why rich people don't give you guys money. I'd rather go there myself. I'll give 3 stars because I don't know the outcome yet and it's new to me
