★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very detailed consultation and given plenty of advice on skin condition and what kind of treatment is suitable. Gentle extraction as they noticed my skin sensitivity earlier. Side note to improve is that the soothing aloe mask given could have been applied thicker as it dried out faster than expected.
