★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a ferry boat landing/stop in Hutan Melintang in Perak for the ferry from Ladang Sg Bernam side in Selangor. service frequency is half hourly in the morning or late afternoon to cater for office worker but hourly during other time. ferry boat ride is about 15 to 20 min. charges are RM2 per person and RM1 for bicycle...quite safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ferry service has been operational for more than 6 decades, carrying local residents to cross Bernam river. The ferry also transports motorcycles and bicycles. The fare for 1 person and 1 bike is RM3.50.
The interval of commute is by 30 minutes, earliest being from 6.30 am from Hutan Melintang side and 7.00 am from Sungai Air Tawar side. The last commute is at 6.30 pm from Hutan Melintang side.
