★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Cheap, affordable and all the utilities are prepared (Gym, Dobi, minimartand Canteen)
Cons: Guy managing both the canteen and the mart is rude. Food is a bit expensive compared to where I'm from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An all-male residential college. I love this college. Stayed at Perindu 1, 2 and 4 previously. The management during my time was good and professional. The mini mart sold some supplies and pre-packed food such as nasi lemak, bihun etc.
The college is centrally located. It is easy to get around the campus. Dewan Agung Tuanku Canselor, Pusat Sukan, Stadium and Masjid UiTM are just within walking distance. A bus stop is also available.
Just ignore the bilik pangkah urban legend. I have never experienced anything eerie or spooky throughout my stay.
