โ โ โ โ โ During PKP, they should assign an officer/staff to consult any walk in rather that assign RELA staff to do their work. This is unprofessional. Yes, many will think this is a precaution to protect PERKESO staff but they should know, many walk ins have many issues regarding with PERKESO. Please improve!

โ โ โ โ โ Never answer call, even go there you only can meet guard who ask u to fill up form then put inside document box, then waiting their call for forever, if u want to call to ask ur case but nobody will pick up the phone also, means u doing nothing. We been force to pay Socso every months, but why when we need to claim is so hard? This Government is a license robber.
