★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The duck porridge and rice was excellent but the service was bad not to mention the queue you have to endure to have your meal. Futhermore my son was told to that chille market price is expensive when he was getting a small sauce plate amount of refill. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty duck porridge. Portion of the duck maybe not as much as one might expect. But in my opinion, it's so good to eat, I am willing to ignore the portion. Price is also reasonable. Maybe next time order extra duck. I think its well worth it, even if have to pay more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A highly recommended one. It's good and also very reasonable price. You should try to have it together with porridge. Their bbq pork tastes good as well. The starting time is 12pm. Please be earlier to be there else you'll end up with a long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hidden gems in the kampung baru permatang tinggi.... The teochew style roasted duck taste yummy, soft and juicy, the char see also vy high standard.... Price is reasonable also...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait time took quite long even if you get here early before they open. If you are going to take away better to order then come back to collect. Dine in be prepared to wait.
The duck and char siew is freshly made daily. You can have the meats with plain porridge or rice but recommend to order the duck porridge where they mix the juicy meat and sauce into the porridge. You can order extra meats also to eat with the porridge.
Price is quite cheap compared to island price and highly recomended if you are willing to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My childhood memories. Ducking delicious. Duck porridge is a must for the first time visit,cox it’s so good! you can’t find it anywhere else, cooker even removed the duck bone.Char siew is good also,soft and not too soft.

Cha siew is not bad. Good proportional of meat and fat. Traditional taste. It's RM 30.
