★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales assistant was not so proactive, but answers all my queries. Could have given better service. Set given was also not fresh set from box and was from display cabinet with other watches which was about a week old. Price tag was not updated as well, and was 1.5x higher than online price. Lucky I checked online first before coming. When asked, they said it was common practice to display them first then ship the same item online. Bought it anyway, liked my purchase and it does looks new with no scratches. However it was the only shop around selling mid tier seiko watches and it has got a pretty good collection of them too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two seiko watch from here. One works perfectly normal but the other one had issues with it. Furthermore it doesn’t come with seiko real warranty. It is 50/50 gamble when buying from this shop. Be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is really delighted my husband and I me. ❤❤. My husband Casio Edifice and a MontBlanc watches had problem. I went to few watches shop for repair but been rejected.
I Google Search for Casio Edifice watch repair and May May shown. I call to enquiry either they repair Casio Edifice watch as I been rejected by many shop. The man said they got repair.
I brought two watches for repair and both watches been settle in half and hour. So happy. ❤❤❤❤???? . Thank you and appreciate very much.

I sent my watch for service and my watch came back with collected dust inside the watch face and the backplate has many scratches left by the shop who open my watch. Not sure what are the damage could be done into the mechanism of the watch. The service is utter unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claimed all watches are genuine. Have a website for online purchase, prices are lower than at shop. No browsing inside due to Covid prevention. Courier items not satisfactorily packed with bubble wrap and securely taped because occasionally items arrived outside its box inside courier bag. Some opined no quality check before items shipped out. Could be better at customer services whether indoor or shipping. However its a treasure trove of time pieces runned family-styled.

planning to buy a seiko Presage SRPD05J1 - RM1711 (which the store quoted me, not in stock need to pre order), i saw at Mid Valley RRP RM2455 discount 20%.
