★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing my previous rating because 2 wheels broke on my trip to the US. Man didn’t replace the 2 wheels that had a crack. He should have recommended I replaced all 4 wheels with non original parts because the original wheels are too expensive RM50 for one wheel. I can buy a new bag for rm200 (4 wheels cost)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still the No. 1 luggage repair shop in Malaysia! I used to always call them to repair Crowne Plaza Mutiara KL hotel guests luggage. Very satisfied guests and Mr Wong always orders the original luggage parts, like the wheels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Long March. Two luggage bags were damaged when we flew from KL to Cairns via Singapore. Upon return we made a report in KLIA and got into contact with Singapore Airlines (our carrier). One bag had a wheel ripped off and another had its built-in TSA lock destroyed. Both had damaged zippers. We were in contact with Singapore Airlines and Long March via letters, emails and phone calls. Our bags were picked up from our home in Subang Jaya, repaired and returned in just over a week. Special mention to Mr Lam who collected and dropped off our repaired bags. Less than a month after returning, we have our bags again. The airline was charged for the service too, so we didn't pay for the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best luggage repair service in Kuala Lumpur, with quick turnaround times and reasonable repair prices. Services include general repairs (RM40 onwards) and luggage wheel change (RM40 each). Be sure to let them know when you'd need your luggage and they'll make sure it'll be ready in time.
