Bad & poor service. The salesman just ignored the customer & never follow up back with customer regarding bank loan of their first new car. Very very disappointed. During discussion, the salesman very proud with his achievement / award, but nothing. How can his get all of that if he never help his customer properly?? I hope management of perodua will take note of this. Very bad.

Staff quite friendly and helpful.. Their technician work also fast and convincing.. The waiting area spacey but need more seats.. Recommended to service your car here.. ????

The service is still running quickly and efficiently during the pandemic, but it's best to phone ahead to make an appointment because it's usually fully booked.

Very helpful and polite staff. Good services but quite expensive juat to buy spare tyre and rim. Rm667. I could get 4 new normal tyre. But it is what it is....

Very bad experience not friendly staff , very rude to customer , treat customer like a beggar . Better search other perodua outlet have found another outlet much better sevice

Very unpleasant experience. A Malay male SA not willing to bring key to show us the car. We requested to take a look at Ativa, Bezza and Myvi. He only take Myvi & Ativa key. When we asked to view Bezza at one go he refused to take key. Keep saying that booking dulu, booking dulu even myself or my husband humbly asking him to take key to show us, we will wait here, and he refused for a few times. We were very shocked and upset how can a SA provided this kind of services to a potential walk in client? And the whole viewing process is even less than 15mins but he obviously want us to proceed with booking before showing us. How can you make a booking before you proper view a car or test drive? This is unacceptable and super disrespectful. We will proceed order with other SA but not this branch. The first and last visit!
