★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is easy to find. Nice building with good security. Unfortunately, the day I service my ride was the day the coffee machine was broken. Not even a signage to inform customers that it was broken. Saw several customers tried in vain pushing all sorts of buttons to make it work. When asked the many sales advisors there who were at that time happily chatting and laughing among themselves, they shrugged and just acknowledged that the machine was broken. No offers of bottled water or any other refreshments. Bad attitude and bad service. The service advisor on the other hand was more courteous apologizing for the broken machine. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car for check up but the lady receptionist forgotten about me and waited for almost 2 hours until I went to the reception counter and asked only they realised I was forgotten, the lady went out also. Sad. But the man receptionist was very helpful, he brought me to the service dept manager, and the service manager entertained me and gave me quick service. He even checked my car himself. Hicom! Give these 2 men pay raise already ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression, very good customer service, the moment i entered the service centre I was attended by a personel, waiting area is good, wifi is fast, they even have some toy for kids to hang around, place have been well sanitized, I have few complaints on my VW Golf, hopefully they can solve it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking my car through PACE 2022. Approached by VW Seremban SA. Promise to sell, number interchange and send to my home, but end up doing it all by myself. Very inexperienced SA. 2nd day could not start my car, SA and technical advisor solution is to tow my car to Seremban and I live in Sepang. Luckily joined the owner club group, got very simple solution from there. Refund took more than 1 month
