★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the building looks it's not operating from the outside. i almost left by thought perodua moved to new branch. new paint is seriously needed. i didnt make a reservation and the staff welcome me so friendly for a walk in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to book many days before come to this service place(like hotels). They wont entertain on the spot service. And the staff not so friendly even though you are the customer. When i come there is only 1 car on current service so i guess they dont have more than 2 mechanics. And that may be the reason they need to make appointment/booking for many days. For no 1 car company in Malaysia,this incompetence is simply unacceptable. Customer pay for the service its not free. Perodua Pasir Gudang which have bigger city and a lot more car is a lot more better than this place thats why i can make comparison.
