So I decide to call kota tinggi branch for help because my parcel took quite a long time and mention delivery fail and mention inventory check again. really dont know what to do. till i want to refund my shoppee goods. In the end i call Kota Tinggi branch and the girl, name Shima, she answer my call (on the 1st call) and serve me very well very polite and very friendly. She help me up and explain my parcel status.
Hope the boss can see it.
