★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience in servicing. After 1 hour and 10 minute, did not call back. After coming back to worship, took another 15 minutes to check. This is the second perodua service centre and I think the brand needs to see how it satisfies its customers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is big n clean..but parking is bad on weekdays..need to go on weekends..the person handling me is Mr Boo..very nice n helpful guy...he make sure we as customer get a good deal when we trade in our car...always call to inform me anything abt the car..he also wil help to claim our ncb for our new car..tqvm Boo...great service n good job ..the perodua service centre is just behind the showroom??tis year is my 2nd time with Mr Boo...i tradevin myvi to take Aruz...really happy wit the service???❤❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told waiting period is 2-3 months, normally before that can get car. booked on 06/01/2022, till now keep say no car no car, every month has the list but just dont have my car. Very dissappointed. SA said management is the one told them 2-3 months waiting period, management only has the list of how many in total waiting list. SA will not have it, I felt they just want to increase sales then simply tell customer waiting period. Then keep asking customer to wait endlessly.
