โ โ โ โ โ Centre is a bit hidden, entrance located behind the shoplot facing main road.
Staff are very friendly, service is great and speedy.
There is a walking distance coffee shop in the shoplot facing main road while you are waiting for maintenance to complete.

โ โ โ โ โ Clean and fast service establishment. It is surprising that this modern workshop is manned by so many staff. They are polite and followed the sop religiously.
I am happy to come to this place and would give the thumbs up as a satisfied customer. Kindly note that this service center has excellent service and does not come cheap. Pls remember that good service and parts are not cheap and vice versa cheap service and parts are not good.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience. I had my service on 21/5/22 then lots of changes occurred. Then I revisited on 24/5/22 to recheck on it, had been waiting for 1 hour plus, nothing been done. Then said not enough staff. So not recommended. Plus, the staffs are not friendly at all.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are really helpful and friendly. I took my car to check on the brakes problem. It took awhile but at least they are making sure that the brake problem is sorted out and safe to drive. Thank you, I really appreciate it.

โ โ โ โ โ This service center ss2 deserve below one star rating, extremely poor customer relationship as well as counter service. I booked an appointment for normal service to my myvi. Unfortunately, they only able to service my car on 2pm and I have waited for 4 hours from 10am. How the hell is this service center can have this kind of poor management. Second point, the uncle(I guess is their customer relation officer who attend customer at front door) was reponsible to move my car to their desire car park, and this uncle forgot to pull my handbrake when he thought he had finished to park my car, and that cause my car moving (on the little bit of downhill). Third point, the counter service officer was so rude (chinese guy), I asked why the price for service 10k km is relatively high compare to the guideline stated in perodua website, this guy was answering me in a unpolite way (I thought he will explain to me in a good way since they charged for extra goods). I can conclude I will never let my car service at this hell place)

โ โ โ โ โ dropped off car for 1030 appointment and please keep in mind it's not possible to wait there so go somewhere and come back before they close on 5pm. they called and let me know the cost before starting on the service. they're a small service center so it is understandable so don't expect services that you'll get in a big service center. in conclusion, i am satisfied with the service.
