Proper waiting area are prepared and you can view your car being serviced throughout the glass windows.
Overall I gave them a 5 stars because they even make the effort to call you up earlier to remind you of your appointment ??

They actually provide free breakfast but due to PKP the service put on hold, anyway vending machine provide hot and cold drink available with cheap prices RM 1. massage machine to relax a bit while waiting. ?keep it up. Well done.
