★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car bought here, not even 2 years, bearing has problem. Normal road driving only! Then, to make it worst, the car radio has problem. They promised one month will fix. Never fix! Now two months already, they have been avoiding calls. Keep telling us that they will call back, but after that they never did! I'm positively furious! The few times I went there for servicing as well. Of course, I have to say, some staffs are really helpful, you have good people like Azhar, and some others who genuinely want to help. I appreciate that. However, if you promised a follow up, please do follow up! If you say you will call back, PLEASE DO CALL BACK! Bad customer services always reflects badly on the company no matter what.
