We went to send car for service and already make online appointment but still need to take the turn no & wait for the turn to pass the key & service book for almost an hour. After it, we complain about our car have some problem and need them to check on it and they informed need to remark during appointment as the appointment made only for service. This is totally nonsense, we sending car for service & to check if there is any problem or spoiled item as well. Then what is the whole point you guys open the service Centre if can't even solve customer's issue and how many times you people expect us to come again & again.
