โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended for all Perodua owners. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is also very near to Setia Alam/Bukit Raja/Klang area. Will certainly send my car for service there again.

โ โ โ โ โ A new service center as an option to those nearby Setia Alam area as previously the only choice are either the one near Meru or Pantai Bahru Klang. As the place is quite recent, there are not much queue in waiting although is it highly recommended that customers to register an appointment via the online Ufirst app.
The service advisor personnel are customer friendly and a thorough service checklist is explained to the customer before signing off for the actual car service.
However, despite the huge space inside the lobby waiting area, there are limited seating available. The charging station in the middle of the waiting area provides only 3 stools while the sofa in front of the big tv is usually fully seated by customers. Parking space inside the compound are also quite limited. As the place is still new, overall space is clean.
Management should consider assigning a designated smoking area with proper rubbish bin outside the waiting area as patrons were seen smoking and throwing their cigarette butts almost everywhere outside the compound.
Service waiting time generally took one hour, during lesser peak time usually for early morning appointments.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my 2nd time to service in this centre. The 1st time experience wasnโt good as I made appt before I went there. And when I was there, they tell me they cannot do service for my car as the appt was full. Itโs okay because they provide pick up service after that. But they didnโt reset service internal for my car. The service warning pops out after the service done. Some more they didnโt record the service in my service booklet.
2nd time service was a bad experience too. I requested the service advisor to send me quotation after I leave my car there. She quoted gear oil in the quotation and I remove it. She replied if I donโt change the gear oil, anything happen to my gear box will void my warranty. She didnโt check my last service record. I ady changed in my last service.
After that, she told me my battery need to be replaced due to low. I told her no need. She didnโt help me to top up battery water after I told her no need to change battery yet. When I asked her why my battery water is empty. She still telling me that the mechanic ady top up the water. But the acid is low, so the water evaporates. Seriously ?? If you did top up, why this item is not in the invoice ?
Last service also you didnโt top up the battery water for my car. Now also no top up but you say got top up. So my battery damaged now because you guys never top up battery water for my car ?
