★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outside is too hot , i saw this library then i decide to step inside and there're a lot recommended book to read , such like IT engineering , medical engineering , and artist books. When i read about 3 seconds i fall sleep immediately .
best place to sleep.

There's also a slide for the little one.
The books over there mostly in malay not much in english. The reading material does not represent good and positive attitude.
Did not follow the opening hours.

I saw him use flip flop to do his job as a government servant.
I also saw he rudely scold library visitor in front of others.
This guy is in serious need for retraining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for study and work, some seats for privacy, a larger space with more tables and chairs (2 per table) at the back. Can be quite noisy at times as even the staff do not control their volume when they talk, let alone the patrons. Ample parking. The closing time is supposed to be 6 pm, but they switch off the aircond (a "discreet" way to inform their closing hour) at 5.30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've not been here for a longgg time since MCO. And today, its all brand new. There's a gallery of Penang's YDP. I think that's why they renovate this library. What a fantastic job. There's a new cafe inside. With a few tables if u want to eat there. New sets of computer for public use. I love this place so much. Comfortable for family that has small child. For teenagers to study. For adult to complete their works. Mai jangan tak maiiii
