β β β β β I don't stay there.I used to fish at the swamp opposite it. In the morning, the area stinks. Most probably from fumes produced by the factories nearby. Good luck buyers.

β β β β β This place used to be a swamp. Lots of white ants due to abandoned palm oil estate. No amenities nearby. Have to drive out everytime you need something. Not conducive for old folks without car. Smelly fumes from nearby factories. Goodluck home owners. You will need to pay hefty security fees scam every month here.
