★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up with them in 2020 for termite and General Pest Control. Extremely poor CS till i have to remind them to come for service. At first they (Kelvin) didn't advised me not to do general pest control together with termite baiting at the same time until another termite specialist told me to stop. Immediate stop the General Pest Control to avoid the termite migrate to new place.
Recently found the source of the termite colony and decided not to use their service.
To reply your comment, i don't expect a free service but for sure I not paid for a new package price due to your specialist didn't check the house properly including the water tank area and manhole from beginning due to the sloppy job.
I have other company came to inspect, immediate they check the house including the manhole area to detect trace of termite.
Btw, your specialist told me to stop GP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked their specialist - her name is Venus. Venus' service was great because she was attentive to the details. She communicated the instructions to the technicians really well. Their technicians on field were polite, and the customer care is responsive. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't recommend this company to anyone. They send a guy (13th Apr 21) to spray around the house and put some gel only around the kitchen area. (Mind you when he was walking around spraying did he check the walls or corners - NOPE) 12hrs later the CS messaged me ask me any issues i said give it another day. 24 hrs later I, messaged them to say that they are ants in the bedroom. They say refer to the sales person. Sales person told me there is NO follow up service because i took a one time service. I did not get a visit from the sale person either. The whole idea to take the one time service is to see if the company is any good to continue with a contract in future. Although I did indicate that I will take up a 12 mths contract with them starting from May 2021. Paid RM160 complete waste of money. The one time service does not warrant a follow up hence they will not get a long term business from me. Ants are still there and I have to deal with it myself. So don't waste your money with this company as there are so many small business pest company that gives a much better service.

This is my second time booking the house disinfection service, and I am absolutely happy with the service! The process of booking was extremely easy and very friendly people! The gentleman who was assigned to do the job was not only punctual but also thorough. He paid attention to every detail, every corner of the house. How he accomplished so much so swiftly, I'll never know. I recommend them highly for their professionalism, communication, and service oriented approach to meeting their customer’s needs.
