★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I wanted to make a formal complain about your pest control services. Very disappointed. First your guys came late. And so I told them once they finish the work to just leave because I will be on a work call. So I couldn’t check the work. But they did not remove anything at all from any of the kitchen cabinets. And they finished the job in under 10 minutes. A few hours later, I saw a small cockroach alive and running around. Not dead. I paid 200 for what actually? And how can you finish spraying in ten minutes for a house which is 1409 square feet? I was so shocked but because I was on a very important call, I couldn’t ask the workers anything when they left. Very disappointed. And expensive. Not at all worth the money. It’s a real shame because This is not the first time I have used you. So even though price has gone up by rm40, I still chose you over another pest control company that was offering the same service for rm160. Lesson learnt. Will never trust or choose this company again. I made a complaint and they have not at all responded to me. It’s been days! I wonder if they used water instead of chemicals to spray my house because the situation is exactly the same before they came. This is literally an hour after they left.
