โ โ โ โ โ The commissioner was well mannered and had this elegant aura emitting from him. Such a nice guy and seemed very educated and wise. You also don't have to actually read the oath. Just make sure you fill in every required fields in the form.

โ โ โ โ โ Your run of the mill Commissioner of Oaths. Friendly enough & professional. Location is close enough to the New town Police HQ so it makes it convenient if one needs to verify documents for submission to the latter. Parking can be a bit of a challenge although they're 2 open car parks nearby but then again it's PJ New Town so nothing new there as parking will always be down to luck.
