โ โ โ โ โ A good service by the doctors.The charge is the cheapest as compared to other vets. Just, please be a little bit nicer to the uncle taking care of the vets.

โ โ โ โ โ Is a total MAD HOUSE and it shouldn't call animal clinic. i would've give ZERO star rating if i can. When my first time visit, the receptionist showing very bad attitude and annoying/nasty face. During the registeration, she said i came here before which i totally forgot about. Then she show me the record. I told her that i cannot recall and she kept insisted. Then a female vet walk out and screamed at me and ask the same question again for few times as i am a criminal. She said she wanted to delete the record.... later on my pet was treated by the male vet. He was thoroughly check my pet and explain everything to me. Few days later, i saw my dog is in excruciating pain, i quickly bring my dog to the vet again, i arrived at the clinic around 20 mins before their closing time, and again i had to go through the bad-attitude/ annoying-face receptionist. i asked the receptionist to call the vet out, (he was upstair) the receptionist refused to do so, and started to raised her voice and repeated many time she can Finally, the malevet came out with a very angry face, like wants to eating people up... i was shocked to see that. He said the receptionist told him that i am making a fuss at their clinic... what the heck???? I felt very disappointed that the vet showing un-profressional way of handling customer. By the way, i bring my pet to another clinic, the vet is in a great shock seeing what the male vet did to my pet. Again, this clinic not only showing bad customer service, it also have incompetent & inadequate treatment to the animals. .. i will NEVER step my foot to this MAD-HOUSE again!!!

โ โ โ โ โ RM 25 FOR A CONSULTATION (CAT)??? This vet is a blessing. The service is freaking amazing. The receptionist is super kind. And the veterinarian is a freaking saint. He's so kind and soft spoken. This is the place to go no doubt about it. THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF OUR CATS!! Your vet is a blessing to everyone nearby.

โ โ โ โ โ I had been a regular customer at this vet clinic for the past 10 years even before they moved to Tambun. Yet, I'd still rate them 1-star.
The female vet is very professional, soft spoken and friendly. I will definitely give her a 5-star.
The male vet doctor is also professional but he doesn't really like listening to the owners, a little demanding but is still a good doctor.
And here comes the problem, the receptionist.
She had been working there when I started bringing my dogs to the vet clinic 10 years ago. She wasn't that rude initially. However, ever since they moved to Tambun, her attitude just got worse and worse everytime I bring my dogs there.
Impolite, arrogant, inconsiderate, not empathy or sympathy at all. She doesn't know how to use the word 'please', she shouts at owners when owners are blur, not really sure what's the SOP of the vet clinic.
You can definitely pay this clinic a visit if don't mind to be scolded like a school kid by this receptionist.

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday my dog went for a surgery, the next day she passed away... The doctor should have warn us about the risks involved in the surgery, but didn't... Definitely will not come back to this clinic again. Kind advisory: Never visit this vet if u do not wished to kill ur dog. keen on sucking of money only

โ โ โ โ โ A bit expensive but during COVID time, it's hard tk find clinic that doesn't need reservation. Vet/Doctor are really good, tho sometimes I wish they did a more thorough job. However probably those are when the patients conditions are not so serious and vague. Receptionist could do better.... Tone of voice is off, acts annoyed and sighed so loudly to me when I misunderstood.... Sometimes I think she just has bad days but it's happening quite often. Maybe she should change her job if she doesn't like it ? Not customer friendly.
