β β β β β Excellent service by staff! Super dedicated in helping customer. I have an issue with my clipper, the staff tried different method to fix the problem. Truly appreciate their effort.

β β β β β today my mom and dad went to buy things for my dog, and thereβs an employee name Arivin is working there with a very bad attitude! Firstly, his face wasnβt pleasant, and apparently he dropped the change of the money without even looking whether my moms hand was ready to take the change, and not only that, he asked my parents to rate his service and my dad said itβs fine, and guess what? He go and press himself βBESTβ service??? Well I guess I should go to the other branch then.

β β β β β I usually go to this pet store, everything was fine until one day got this one staff overcharged me, he scanned wrongly. And i went back to void everything nicely, i didnβt shout and all. Want to settle politely. but that one indian staff, the one who did the wrong never say sorry to me when HE WAS THERE standing beside me during the void process. Heβs playing his phone all the time like he did nothing lol. Didnβt even being a responsible person for what he did. Overall im satisfied with other things, just shocked that staff still can work there when his attitude is so poor. Haha
