★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is literally no worse shop than this shop and here is why:
1- There is a dog live in small cage sleeping on his poop that is cover with his puke.
2- Inside the shop there are several cages with more than one cat that almost fit their toilet side by side there food, and beside there pillow, not even i single place to move at all.
3- Shop is dark, depress and you wonder why they even bother selling depressed animals for such huge money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff who patiently answers your questions and provides advice and assistance whenever needed. He doesn't push you to purchase things but gives suggestions when sought. I will definitely buy my things here. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store stated that the closing time is at 10pm. Arrived at 9.30pm but the male indian staff locked the door. Asked why is it locked at 9.30pm but not 10pm, he said that the 10pm is where they lower the shuttle. 9.30pm is for him to close the shop.
Told him that I travelled all the way from KL because I saw the offer last minutes and is it ok for him to just let me to grab a few packet of litter sand. He insisted that I am not able to do so because the shop is closed (not even 10pm) and he asked me to f off.
I was their loyal customer for so long until this incident took place, i will never support this shop anymore, especially the indian guy
