People like yourselves are exactly what we need in our world and in our country.

Officer at the counter has no manners at all.
Was informed the sergeant will be there at 8am. But had been waited for 3 hours just to meet the sergeant.
Worst procedures ever.
Sergeant informed me to take the report from other block, and the officer from other block asked me to meet back the Sergeant again.
Perfect service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say you are wrong, then you are wrong. Trick and mislead you to sign the road accident saman. Lose my insurance NCB and get a saman for other people fault. Sad, angry and disappointed with this kind of unprofessional act!!! Those who involved in this false accusation, God will be the judge!!!

I met with the male police and explained my purpose of crossing the state (marriage), soon after the female police appeared and asked me the purpose of crossing the state, I pound explained again, but the female police officer was rude to me, raised his voice and said ' MOIST & BLUR 'reason for the female police I did not answer the question.
things can be discussed and spoken well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happened probably few weeks ago, end of Jan month 2021. My grandfather unfortunately passed away on the 21st Jan 2021. Since he was in Bentong Pahang, and it was during MCO, we had to apply permit to travel different state in order to attend his funeral. Hence, me and my sister went to this police station to fill up the travel state form. However, since it was our first time applying, we did not know what documents we need to get approval.
So we were sitting inside the police station, and I called my parents to ask what are the documents required. However, I have forgot that we are not allow to use handphone in the police station. So while my dad was telling me the documents required, there was this policeman, he wasn't wearing a mask, (so much for SOP), and shouted at me across the room, telling me to go out and talk..
I was already devastated that my grandfather passed away, stressed of trying to figure out what are the documents required to travel. And this policeman was so rude to me. You could've at least talk nicely to me to talk outside, why do you need to shout?
What did I do so wrongly for you to shout so loud to me?
Anyways, I went out of the police station and talked. Long story short, at the end, we did not apply the permit because it was too rush and also we were already fed up with the attitude of these policemen.
Wearing mask is mandatory, anyone not wearing a mask you people can just fine them RM 1000, however you, as a police not even wearing one. Yet you guys have the audacity to instruct people to wear mask in public.
Honestly, i did not expect the policeman in Malaysia to act like gangster.
Disappointed and will avoid this place AT ALL COST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish attitude of police officer. During a car accident, I came the 2nd day with another. He threaten me to go back to my house to take my car immediately or he will not help to take pictures for the insurance claim. talked to me with poor an no manners similar to like a gangster. Malaysia in 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience today. I headed to IPD - PJ to assist my father (warga emas) to verify and submit forms at the IPD-PJ Unit Latihan and Hal Ehwal Pesara PDRM.
I was extremely surprised at the warm reception by Tuan SI Jusli & team to my father, his attentiveness and sincerity to assist my father in his matters. Extremely professional yet friendly, expedited the submissions for the attention of relevant parties.
It is certainly heartwarming as my father has never been to the IPD-PJ at all. From the directions at the guardhouse (Officer Nizam) was attentive and advised me where and how to go to the unit concerned. Thank you SI Jusli and team, stay blessed and stay safe !!!
Thank you too to Corporal Ali from HQ who provided guidance for the documents submission too.
