★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 4 stars are for the officers and Sarjan's services.
I am very grateful as they are very helpful and patiently listening to me while I expressed my frustration about the car accident.
Despite having a less comfortable working environment (eg. Water leaking, dusty ceilings, poor air-ventilation), they carry out their duties professionally and efficiently.
They deserve a better working environment, as I believe a comfortable workplace would boost the employee's work drive, mental and physical health. I hope my suggestion will be taken into consideration. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is excellent dd 28/3/2019 (night) from the Guard House, the 2 officer taking my report and to the sargent handling my case. Good job to all of them and to fellow sarawakian working there. One of the best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, there are some really friendly and helpful officers here and of course there are some that serves you like you owe them something.
There is a weird SOP that all visitors must surrender their handphones before entering.
Officers are also smoking inside the building/room and this causes an unpleasant experience, just imagine if it was a pregnant lady or really elderly person inhaling the cigarettes smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got arrested few times. Officer not nice, food also very jialat. Will not go back again. Lockup was very dirty and the officer is very rude. I requested for smoke and fried rice and they charge me RM500. Such bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The officer there are helpful. Can even patiently hear my naggings about my unsatisfied traffic summon & try their best to give cooperation with me even though I still have to pay that.
The cons are for their system to do the errants where there is no queue number for us even though the number display is there. The building also seems a bit run down with a lots of leaking spots on ceilings. I hope the management repair & upgrade the building for the comfort of their staff & visitors.
