★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is good, explains well etc. But to see the doctor was an agony. We arrived at 1005am for a 1030am appointment and was only called in at 1148am. We understand the delay but not when you see everyone who came after us get to see the doctor before us. Is it because we have not decided to do any major treatment costing thousands?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Peter helped identify the root cause of my skin rashes. The prescibed medicine is suitable and works effectively on me. He also has a wonderful team in the clinic who are very helpful and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude attitude from nurse, Vivian. All in the clinic, whatsapp and call logs. That's it.
End up done all my procedures in another hospital.
You may challenge yourself for a bad customer service by particularly seeing Vivian.
I'll give credits to other nurses, especially the one wears specs are fine. I'm thankful she is the kind one. She is also confused why Vivian is not following standard procedure, but too bad others needs to clean Vivian's mess and say sorry even though it's not their fault. Other nurses please stay strong with this oppressive colleague! I can feel you all can't do anything much having Vivian there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Dr Peter very suddenly on a Friday. I was very lucky that he had time to see me on the same day that I called in. What strikes me firstly was the professionality of the entire thing. The office is comfortable, the staff friendly & most of all I was promptly fitted in given the time schedule. The follow up was efficient and as required and the long term care was suggested but not impose.
For context I had a blister infection that wasn’t healing after 4 weeks. This was after two visit to a G.P and perscription antibiotics. Dr Peter was very detailed about the timeline and looked into the possibilities of reason. It wasn’t a simple okay here’s some medication go on your way. He prescribe medication that tackled each situation wonderfully & explain in detailed what was the problem and probable causes.
To end this review I would just like to say: It is price reasonably for what it is. It is of course not your everyday medical expenses but his medications are honestly what you need and not a bunch of unnecessary stuff.
TLDR: great service & price premium but honest.

What a shame because four years ago, when I had stubborn sandfly bites that didn't go away for six months, I transferred from an incompetent derma to Dr. Peter. That time, Dr. Peter was great when it came to consultations and his expertise...I had such a brilliant experience that my sandfly bites were cured within a few weeks and the meds he recommended did not leave lasting scars. Been recommending my friends and colleagues to see Dr. Peter as he is quite knowledgeable about skincare issues.
Recently visited Dr. Peter at Gleneagles for another round of sandfly bites. This time, I had to pay for the visit first and then claim from my insurance - maybe this is the first time that I've noticed his exact charges but for the blase consultation that I received yesterday, I expected a better experience for the price of the consultation. This consultation was less extensive than last time as Dr. Peter just inspected the insect bites and said it wasn't infected; hence he just recommended Fucicort and a stronger antihistamine.
When I checked the bill, I nearly had a heart attack as I was charged RM235 for a consultation that lasted less than 5 minutes. I messaged them on Whatsapp and Facebook for questions regarding meds...Dr. Peter did contact me via Facebook and answered my questions, which should have been done during my consultation.
Really disappointed because I have recommended my friends and colleagues to come see Dr. Peter for their skin problems, yet the experience that I received as a returning patient was not that great, compared to last time where I received more information on the right way to apply steroid creams/moisturizer, etc.
To Dr. Peter and his clinic staff: Please improve your service and responses (for WhatsApp). Yes, you're one of the best dermas out there and your consultation price reflects that, but it's a slap in the face of your returning patient when you just see them for less than five minutes, barely answer their questions during the actual consultation or go over their medical history. If I had known this, would have seen my GP first but trusted your medical expertise. Thanks for answering my questions via FB though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RM235 for the most underwhelming 10-minute consultation of my life (would’ve easily been 5 minutes if I had not asked more questions). I honestly wonder how this clinic has gotten a 4-star rating. I usually take the few negative reviews with a grain of salt, but I advise you to take the ones here and on the DPC one seriously. In my opinion, based on my experience, the doctor couldn’t care less about my skin and is just there to sell the most expensive laser treatment. He couldn’t be bothered to provide the necessary explanation on the procedures until I requested for more information. Even then, he was just reading out stuff from a powerpoint slide, and I could tell from his expression and tone that he was so done and wants to move on. I have no idea what I paid for. I could’ve gotten more information on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is very orgnized. The staff are working with high proffetional level.
The doctor is very decent explains every thing with full details. However, he does not have that much to give for the patient except selling products as mich as they can.
As most of dermatlogiest, they are using cortizon alot with skin problems.
Rather than that it is too expensive my visit costs aroind 700 ringgit.
