★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first time but I had good experience here. Working hours is from 9am but they open at 8:30am for us to get the numbers and register then have time for breakfast. The queue was very long. The nurses are friendly and helpful (maybe the old ones as in other reviews got fired?) The doctor was dedicated also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next time if you guys want to come here, register time until 9.30 am. After that, they don’t accept any customers. They accept CASH only. So prepare a lot of money.
HATE THIS PLACE BECAUSE WHEN I CALLED THE CLINIC, THEY SAID I JUST CAN WALK IN ANYTIME. WHEN I ARRIVED THERE, THEY TOLD ME THE OTHER THINGS. STUPID CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk nurses are so rude, hope the management can read all of these comments and do something about them. Plus I don't know why they only accept cash, so if anyone going better bring cash, they don't accept credit card, and last thing I only advise to see doctor ting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waiting time. Spoke to the doctor about my acne he consulted me as if he doesn’t wanna be there. Receptionist abit lansi. And doesn’t answer phone. Currently taking 1 pill per day. He said acne gets better after 6months after taking his medication and facial stuff. Will come back to this and review again after 6months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached 8.30am & got the waiting number 33, being told to come back in the evening 3-4pm, but still have to wait till 5.30 only can consult Dr Ting! Really a very long waiting process. Despite that, Dr Ting is a very kind, experienced & professional skin specialist that worth the waiting. The consultation fee is cheap, affordable and reasonable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended for those who suffers mild to serious skin issues (Acne, Eczema, etc) with tight budget around KL-Selangor.
1. Price , 5/5
• One of the most Affordable & reasonable price. Consultation fee is as low as RM50, and for students try to ask Dr to give you discounts ? Murah pun nak diskaun ? faham tak students ?
2. Receptionist & Nurses , 4/5
• They’re friendly if you salute them with a warm smile & ask politely. I’ve been here since 2019, & for 1st time they might seem rude. But, when time goes by I grew to like & understand their attitude.
3. Doctor , 4/5
• Dr is fast & efficient. He will diagnosed you quick. BUT! If you want to actually understand you skin condition you need to ask question. If not, Dr will look, diagnose & recommend solutions.
4. Waiting time , 1/5
• I can’t disagree that waiting time is SUPER LONG ? Thus, not recommend if you’re rush. It’s better to go on your free days, if you’re serious about your skin problem or/and condition. It may take up 5-6hrs (before mco) or 1-2hrs (during mco).
• I’ve been revisiting since 2019. I used to wait all day but after MCO I rarely wait, & done by afternoon.
5. Parking , 1/5
• Simply no parking ?
• Suggestion: Public transport, Grab or someone need to wait in vehicle for you.
6. Call or Hotline , 1/5
• It’s hard to reach honestly, so don’t bother to call ?
• But if answered, be prepared to feel like you’ve done something wrong and get yelled.
• Honestly, it doesn’t bother me that much since I know how the staffs already. They may seems rude but actually nice ??
7. System , 1/5
• System is honestly OUTDATED & OLD SCHOOL ? sabar je la. Literally everything is manual.
• You can only pay by CASH, queue numbers is also manual, your revisiting card is manual, your dr reference is manual.
My suggestion
• Please come early as early as 30-45min before opening hours if you want to be done before afternoon.
• Make sure you’ve eaten before you came in.
• For first timer, be prepare to feel like you not belong there ? but trust me, when time goes by you will actually like those nurses ☺️
• Do prepare questions before you see Dr if you want to understand more about your problems.
• Prepare your CASH! (No cashless payment & ATM is far)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone suggested me to go here because of my acne problems. Saw many bad reviews because of the staff. But my experience was different. The staff nurse and doctor was super nice! The price is reasonable but you just have to wait for few hours. But it’s worth it. You can come early as 8.30am. Then go eat first etc. I definitely recommend this place ! The Doctor explain to me from A-Z ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times, need to call to make appointment a few days if you wish to see Dr Ting (he is a very experienced and soft spoken doctor). Weekend only walk-ins, and no choosing of doctor. Agree that waiting time to see doctor is long, however it depends on what the patient is seeing the doctor for. Sometimes you have to wait 1-2hrs or longer, sometimes you are called to see doctor with 5minutes after arrival.
Price is reasonable. Parking is difficult to find.
