Everyday after work goes to gym and sometimes swimming to release stress. Not to forget about the sunset view is majestic!
Due to the seaside reclamation, the spoilt the singapore view lolz...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located by the strait. It is a nice resort for a holiday in JB. Easy access to downtown and Danga bay. It's a low rise villa, different from most other hotel apartment. The pool side is a good place to relax. Take a pleasant night drive to the nearby Country Garden, Danga bay or the palace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amenities here include resort-style swimming and wadding pools, a tennis court cum basketball hoop area, a recently upgraded gym, saunas, children playground, BBQ corners and 2.4 acres of landscaped grounds in a prime locality. With only 96 units, it is exclusive, private and safe and the exterior was recently re-painted and made good.
More crucially, this condo stands high above other contemporary older condos - Petrie has now been equipped with High Speed Broadband capability via the Service Provider of TM's UniFi.
At the moment, it has great capital appreciation potential as the Rapid Transit System (RTS) will eventually be realised.

Situated on prime elevated land, this hidden gem lies off the Inner Ring Road and it will take about 10 minutes drive to reach the JB CIQ. It is an exclusive 2.5-acre residential property with only 96 units built on a Mediterranean theme. With only 40 units per acre, density is low when compared against the neighbouring Paragon Residence service apartments which is about 186 units/acre. Country Gardens Service Apartments also have about the same density as Paragon Residence. Petrie Condo was completed around 1999 and is well managed with a large surplus in its operating and sinking funds. Prices are very reasonable now when compared against the newer service apartment projects, so it is a bargain if you are looking for an affordable home in the city with potential for long term capital appreciation.
