Coming for timing belt & water pump replacement.
After more than 3 hours waiting, my car still not done. Untill I came downstairs and ask then they told me the car is ready.
Agreed for the final total price for the service during i gave my car key is rm480.
End up the staff replace my 2 weeks old fan belt without informing me even though I'm just at their waiting lounge.
And add up more labor charges and marking up more for radiator coolant.
Not satisfied with their reason (crack on belt) for changing my fan belt, I ask to see the old part.
At first they said the part has been disposed however I insist to see their bin.
Shockingly my old fan belt is not in the bin but on a table being repack back into the seal.
I'm not sure what is their purpose to repack it when other parts being thrown into the bin.
Hopefully not for resale back to others.
It is very dishonest action and they should be ashamed for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the MCO raya promo there was a 30% discount for the engine oil. Apart from that the waiting area is decent with a mini refreshment counter. However in terms of pricing it is slightly more higher than the Perodua (I serviced a Perodua Axia major servicing) service center approx 10-15% more in price. Also to note that they did not remedy my concerns regarding the knocking sound in my engine where I requested for a quotation. Perhaps they could improve on customer's concerns. Also the servicing bays are at the back where we cant really see them servicing the vehicles. Otherwise their workshop is clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and professional service with market standard rate. Love the cozy lounge at the first floor with free flow of food and drink. Nice and clean toilets and separate surau for male and female. They even provide Netflix and high-speed internet. Will definitely come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services, comfy waiting lounge, with free flow food, fast WiFi and Netflix available on TV. Reasonable price, got special price for PETRONAS staff. Need to come early if don't want to stuck with a long queue of cars.

Suggestion - change the wall plug that include with USB. If some of cust are low on battery.
