★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much better service by the SA. Patrick has been very helpful and done my DS7 40k service promptly. Eventhough they cannot do any warranty claim for DS at the moment, he has helped to put all issues onto their system in order for future followup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Peugeot 208 in 2015, and have ONLY done maintenance and repairs with Geoauto, PJ; following the maintenance schedule stipulated. Over these 6 years I have only positive comments about the service level and professionalism displayed by the staff.
In particular I would like to single out Patrick Prakash for the very friendly customer service that he provides, and the follow-up that he does. He also provides useful information on tyres etc. He takes a great interest in his work, and that is something that every customer can gauge and feel that their car is in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service centre does not offer courtesy car for breakdown. Unable to check/repair my car on the same day means that I am inconvenienced for any meetings I have on the same day.
Reasons offered for this debacle were less than satisfactory. At key dropoff, little was done to explain and engage with customer.
EDIT: Only after I wrote a review here, did they do service recovery and call me to explain. If only explanation had been done when I handed over the keys, this experience would have been more pleasurable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my car to geotauto sc on 28/9 to check for my car Aircond issue and after checking, they found out my cooling coil was leaking out gas, (thank god it is under warranty claims), so they told me they need to order the parts to replace it. On 30/9 they call me to update me the parts have arrived and asked me to send the car on 1/10 to replace not only my cooling coil but also the compressor and condensor under Recall claims to my surprise. I was truly amaze by their efficiency and superiority in handling my car. Thank you, my car is feeling great again now.
Really appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since owning a peugeot car, this is my go to place to get a mileage and warranty services. I was overwhelmed by the explendid service provided by everyone's here from the front desk all the way to the technician itself as the service provided are timely as well as attentive. I also had the chance to meet up with the manager himself, Mr. Shafwan who from time to time actively involved with the servicing process and also took his time to explained to me thoroughly about all the services done on my car. All and all, i had a great experience servicing my car here. Kudos to everyone's at geotauto.

Basically great customer service and I’ll definitely send my car again here. I’ve been to a lot of service centres. First time in a long long time I come out smiling. Hope for more smiles to come! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service takes around 5 hours. The staff here is polite and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the customer service. Keep up the good job!
What could be improved is the waiting room. It’s quite cold and there are no comfortable chairs for people to work remotely while waiting for the service to complete. It would be great if filtered water could be offered too.
