Very poor quality.
Very expensive and the service is not worth it.
I don't recommend this center for people, SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FOREIGNER.
I will never go to this center for the rest of my life.
PS: If you are reading this comment, better you go to another proton service OR go to a professional experienced shop and they will take care of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been sending saga blm for almost 2 years. What I like about this place is their customer service. All malay guys and Pakistan technician were honest and will answer to you about technical aspect. Some checking cost no fee like brake pad n suspension. Their owner a bit cocky n busy with their own management. Great confidence to do service here. Well done technical team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a second hand Preve Executive recently and sent it for checking which would have costed RM80 should I decide not to proceed with the repairs.
I went in and talked to the front desk officer, Farid - explained to him about the car and what needed to be checked. I also told him that I want to replace the timing belt and water pump if it is necessary.
Left the car there for them to do the thorough checking, and got a call in the afternoon. Farid explained about their discovery with the car and told me that it's not necessary to have the timing belt and water pump changed just yet. But there are other issues such as leaking and broken timing belt cover etc.
I appreciate this because, as a general user who knows little about cars, they could have just told me to change the timing belt and water pump to profit from but they didn't. Instead they only rectified what needed to be rectified.
Not sure if all Proton SC is like this or just this specific one - I am definitely sending my car here for all my servicing.
Please keep it this way. Honest service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been sending my old Proton to this service center since 2017 after discovering it on Google Maps. It's just a four minute drive from my home so it's quite convenient for me. A few of the original service advisers, notably Mr Hunter have left since then but they were replaced by equally competent and well mannered staff.
The reception and waiting room shares the same space as the front office and it's usually not crowded. There's a complimentary hot beverage dispenser with free WiFi if you have to wait there for an hour or two.
It's best to call them to book an appointment as most customers book their slots via phone. If you're really lucky when they don't have any vehicles being serviced you can send in your car for an immediate inspection and repairs.
This service center now offers tyre alignment and air conditioning services.

Listen to my car issues and provide accurate solutions. The price are reasonable in my opinion. Definitely will come back for their services. Keep it up!
