★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop off parcel on 14 Feb 2021, and only collect on 22 Feb 2021, which is 8 days later. and deliver on 25 Feb 2021. Do you expect receiver to not complaint? further, comments is deleted on easyparcel rating page and FB. If you are not prepared, dont start a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery service ever! Received messages from Pgeon in 2 days that delivery will be made but never receive the parcel, not even a call too. WhatsApp & Email to customer service and never get responded. So went to branch to check out the current status and found out they handed over the parcel to a subcon without pre-informed the receiver. Reason is that the delivery address isn't within their coverage area! The point is my place to the collection branch is only 10mins driving distance. Truly disappointed and never ever engaged them as your delivery partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already pick up my parcel and sent out more than 10 days but still not yet delivered. Sent many emails to complain but no answer given. Only received general email reply only. Is really rubbish delivery service. This is not the first time.I am forced to use the service because I still got credit left over in my account. Some more the credit is not refundable. Pgeon is robbing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE PGEON. WARNING!! I had the mistake of using them for Christmas period, so many lost parcels and no help in reimbursing for it. They will make your claims process so difficult, make you wait until a lot of time has passed then tell you that time is up and too late to claim. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR DELIVERY UNLESS YOU WANT A LOST ITEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe your Pgeon (Pigeon) has lost track and is flying very slowly since I haven't received my parcel until now. I believe you didn't give proper training to your PGEON la. Maybe change the name to the Peregrine Falcon, which flies very fast. So maybe we can receive our parcel very fast or at least within a reasonable time. LOL
