β β β β β I came across this pharmacy as i was browsing for 3M compression wear. I did not expect to read such drama in their reviews. Some peoples ego's really bruise easily, obviously the Dr was incompetent and outed themselves. omg go check their profile and see their only other 1 star review. Find yourself a GOOD Dr you can trust. Believe you me when I say, not all Drs are equal and some outright prescribe/recommend medication/supplements (dosages) that would worsen your condition/health.
Don't wait until to last minute during a medical emergency. Ask around NOW for recommendations from people you trust and even then, be sure. "My relative is a Dr" is not a solid recommendation, find one that makes you feel treated with DIGNITY. That's how you can spot a GREAT Dr, they always treat their patients with dignity no matter how high their pangkat.. specialist/M.O/GP doesnt matter... same applies for Pharmacist obviously. I stopped using a big franchise brand after being loyal for 2 years because I couldn't tahan one of their senior pharmacists "I have more pangkat than you" attitude. Their Junior pharmacist was lovely, and they were nearby, those were the only reason I tahan the rudeness.

β β β β β Hi there. I'm Abby from the UK. Was in kL earlier this year. I sustained a road rash accident at your country & didn't heal quite well. It became weepy and oozed pus following a mountain hike. FML it was my fault.. Went here following a local friends suggestion and had a tough time with the staff who spoke manglish I didn't understand a thing. The owner i suppose is from china or Mongolia was sweet (at least she spoke comprehensible English) she gave me a steroid. I repeat STEROID ! ..for my open weepy wound. Said it will hasten skin repair. I didn't use it as I was sceptical of using any form of steroid. Back in the UK I asked a nhs nurse and she said it was wrongly prescribed. She then asked me if it was prescribed by a doctor and I said no. Thank God. Asked a board certified derm during my visit here, he said steroid should not be applied onto broken skin! Guys pls Pls pls get a doctors prescription. Some pharmacist act like doctors. It was sheer negligence. In the UK and Australia (where my brother lives & works as a chemist) there's strict regulations on prescription. I wonder how it's regulated in Malaysia. How to lodge a complain to the board. Pls adhere to your jurisdiction and practise proper work ethics.

β β β β β I needed urgent purchase of heart medicines for a patient with MI. Staffs at jln kuching branch told to go to a different pharmacy instead since cant dispense medication without pharmacy. My clinic is just a walk away. Tried reaching pharmacist but to no avail. I dont get it, why operate a pharmacy without a pharmacist on duty. Moreover aspirin is an otc.
Will the staff tell their own relatives IN ACTIVE MI to buy ESSENTIAL LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS else where when they have it?! I myself had purchased their products online and recommended my patients to go there. NO MORE AFTER THIS. Serve the community always, in trying times like this they should be more efficient , cant expect patient to go hospital merely to get those medicines which are readily available at pharmacies. doesnt deserve even 1 star..Buck up and teach your staffs a thing or two on good customer service conduct
