★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem is that don't know how to solve the problem. U call PIA help line karachi they tell you that go here in KL office and when u reached at the office they told you call on helpline or email only. Specially now in april 2019. The airline is not working until May or June

The indian / malay lady co operated well and her desk was neat and clean and things were well organized
Other lady most probably pakistani
She was busy on fone talking in urdu and there was huge garbage near and around her desk. Files were not arranged dispersed.It gave very bad impact .
And one thing I highly object is about displayed flexes /displayed pictures with the name of PIA at the bottom.
There were I think for pics.one of holy kaabba
Its ok very right due respect and love for this.
One was of faisal mosque islamabad. One of pakistan tower lahore.these are ok
But
One very objectionable was the display of british army picture.
Why it is there with the name of PIA at bottom.
Why not to display our own army.
I dont know what is the thinking behind
But I literally got hurted to see it
The flex of united kingdom to represent pakistan

wanted to confirm that using PIA interline contract with Malaysia airlines are you able to have through checked baggage on international connection at kualalumpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can do NOTHING Online, once you buy PIA ticket. You always have to goto Airline Office, Even this KULA Lumpur never answer your call, Never Update their new Number online. Lazy & Pathetic Staff.. plus the Call Centre can only say SORRY to change booking, receive payment online, extend ticket date , the call centre answer your call to say I am sorry please goto Airline office. Airline office never answer calls. If you Buy PIA, means you travel Double then your route.
From First January 2019 I checked & changed my Ticket date online, free of cost, just put your pnr number and last name in "Manage Booking" a verification code will come to your email, and then you can change the date of your ticket. Weldone PIA. NS The Great.
