★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke my watch strap during a routine repair and have the audacity to return it to me broken with no explanation whatsoever. I know they're the only seiko specialist around but at least have the common courtesy to inform the client of the damage done. Very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is good and polite. Bringing my new watch for them to catch a tiny hair stick on the watch second hand. The only downside of that place is it parking area, so horrible the turning and exit is way too narrow and tight. If you bring a large vehicle in this parking area you will suffer a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is easy to get to with as Bukit Bintang Monorail station is nearby. The building name has changed from Central Plaza to Wisma Chuang. The front desk is friendly and provide assistance to get to the floor intended. Thong Sia is at floor 26. Lift is fast and smooth. The customer service here is good. They will inspect your watch first to diagnose its problem before quoting its price. Price, timeframe and workmanship are reasonable. Definitely recommended place to service your Seiko timepieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my watch via watch dealer and thong sia send it back to the watch dealer after 3 months WITHOUT doing anything, the thread crown is still broken. Come on, my watch is still under warranty... Is this how u treat ur customer n watch dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Seiko watch service centre. The office has been here for a long time here. They provide after sales and service to Seiko watch. The spiral driveway to the parking space in this building is to watch out. Drive carefully to reach visitor parking at a higher level.
