★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not engaged the service yet however the bosses are very friendly, emphatic and are able to explain all the packages well and in detail. To plan early is definitely a good choice to prevent last minute panic moment. The ceremony seems easy to follow and convenient. Most importantly, owner are given the space and right moment to bid last goodbye to the beloved. The follow up of pet lost grief counseling service is definitely a good surprise for me. Highly recommended services for pet owners who have yet to think about doing memorial for their pets.

Truly appreciate the work and respect they put into preparing my little baby for cremation. Even though my little baby is gone but the memories will always be in my heart. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, the preparation and setup were done in a short time yet still looking simple and nice. They have guided us to say last goodbye to our pet where we feel more comforted. Throughout the process, they handle our dog’s body gently and with respect which we are quite grateful for. We are able to collect the ashes in the next day of cremation, consider quite soon where some other place might take 3 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pet pass away and it happen with unexpected. I search online for somewhere close in town. Piepie Pet Memorial near to me, and the package and service they offered is what i want for my pet after their explanation. I wish to give my pet a dignity and comfortable last journey.
They give me time to say goodbye with my pet. At least a nicely farewell. I really don't know how to release my sadness... All happens in sudden. They guide me through what to say. I feel better. After one week, there is a complimentary pet loss grief support follow up by a counsellor. I really appreciate that.
So far, this is the first time i know got this kind of service provided in Malaysia. They are really professional on how to handle pet loss. I choose an elegant wooden box inside with cushion to keep my pet ashes. I really love that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you piepie pet memorial, give me a whole new experience on how to handle pet loss. They are really professional, they not just helping for pet cremation but provide pet loss support.
While waiting for them to pick up my pet, they even guide me how to say goodbye to my pet. I feel complete on how they handling.
I picked up my pet ashes on next day. Their office have a private corner for owner to farewell privately with pet. I think this is good practice for pet owner to have their own time with pet in last journey... I really recommended if you want more than cremation.

A big thank you to all Piepie Memorial staff, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish especially in such a time of grief. They replied all my enquiries so that we did well preparations when we lost our Happy boy on Sunday. Everyone here is so respectful, kind and reassuring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad my husband found Piepie Pet Memorial for Goldie. We contacted Kelly to make preparations for Goldie as we know her time is coming up. Kelly was so kind, she gave me all the information needed and told me that I can contact her anytime should I have further inquiries. Little did I know, Goldie left us the night itself. It was late and so sudden but Kelly replied even at 9.45pm. Gave us instructions what to do and ease our minds. Dylan came the next morning to pick Goldie. He was gentle and kept saying comforting words to Goldie. The process from door to door was smooth and patiently done. We were given some personal time during the memorial service to reflect on the times together with Goldie. Kelly updated the cremation process as well. Really appreciate the good efforts your team has made. Thank you so much. You gave us more time with Goldie to say goodbye and that really helps. ❤️
