It did leave my hair kind of stiff but i liked that because I have very light, thin and flyaway hair. The stiffness gave my hair volume! And it gave me dandruff free hair after just 2 washes!

After washing, my hair feels quite plastic and rigid, but after drying it has a healthy bounce to it. And it lasts the next day too. I bought direct from their website. Customer service was OK. I felt could be improved in the sense of being more responsive to my emails.
