β β β β β Love the atmosphere over there. A good place to order a beverage and hang out with friends to spend good time together. Good drinks and service, lovely staffs. For people who are bored of bubble tea around, you have my recommendation. Pin ball is quite chewy like bubble, if u like the texture if bubble then it is a must to order. Also supply free wifi, unifi one, so browsing speed will not be a proble. Hope u enjoy ur time over there just like i do. ;)

β β β β β Very bad service. Waited for 15-20 min, there were 4 people working. And they jumped number sequence serving later comers first. I only ordered a simple tea, had to wait for them blend fruit juice for the later numbers. When I look over the blending station, there were 5-6 blended fruits drinks sitting there, waiting for 1 poor girl to blend and sort it out. Fresh blended juice should be served instantly, otherwise it will be diluted sitting there for so long. Why would u organise man power to cut fruits when there is such a long queue instead of helping her? Management should check back today's CCTV (5 Sept 2021), around 2.30pm-3pm to improve the staff's service and team spirit.
