β β β β β They work Very very very slow! I have been waiting for 30minutes for a cup of milk tea! Not much order as i seen from order till i get my drinks there is just 5 cups they served before mine.Bad experience!

β β β β β Air condition and all but seats seem flat and cheapen out. Tables alright. Not very decorative and homely(ex, black whale jln rimbunan) Environment would rate a C+. Most importantly the staff was very attentive and lively. Appreciate their services. Do note, parking may be a hassle in this area nonetheless(day or night)
Dont drink much soooo....look at other reviews for taste & sweetness wise?

The queue its crazy long, waiting bit short good for me, a lot of customer buy using grab or touch n go pay, the problem is parking, if planning to come here by car plan properly because you will take more time on find parking and queue to buy the tealive.

β β β β β The Indian cashier told me TNG payment can get buy 1 free 1.
So I ordered 2 drinks. End up they charge money for both drinks.
Then said I should have voucher. Else can not have buy 1 free 1.
This should have tell me before my payment made right?
Bad service! Tea life always got cashier not well trained problem.

β β β β β Bought 2 drinks today (Signature pearl milk tean and mango smoothie)
2 staffs (1 indian and 1 malay) both gave a poor service as if they are paying for my drinks. Came back home, deank the pearl milk tea and I had the very strong detergent taste in my month. Not sure what they have done but this is worst drink Ive ever had. Requested my friends to try and they tasted the same detergent taste.
