★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rather disappointing visit. The masseuse just went through the motions and wasn’t interested. Stop and start massage with no check for pressure or areas to work on. Felt she was falling asleep, the way she slowly paused the work. I went for 90 min massage on the understanding that she would adjust. Also put pressure on joints without checking with me what was to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings about at our visit here. Not the cleanest place but if you don’t mind then maybe drop by. The massages all start with a quick foot wash in a metal basin, which I realised later the basins are not scrubbed and sanitised after each use. They literally just pour the water out and put it aside for the next customer’s use. If I knew they did that, I wouldn’t have come.
The massage rooms look like old kampung rooms so if you’re more into the spa vibes, this is not your place. The Malay lady I got was really good with her massage. Very strong and knew what she was doing. My partner on the other hand had a bigger Chinese lady. He mentioned she didn’t do a good job, felt no pressure at all, did random movements and seems like she’s not trained. Maybe request for the young Malay lady if you decide to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an appointment a few days before visiting. Allan, my masseur was very skillful. I had a very good foot and shoulder massage. It would probably be good to make appointment so that an in house masseur can be arranged. Miss lim the owner was friendly and responsive in replying both messenger and WhatsApp . We wanted to visit before leaving but was unable to due to covid rising. Will visit again the next time when we are back to penang. Price was also reasonable at 78 rm for a 1.15hours foot and shoulder massage.

Wife said the girl masseur who massaged her felt like tickling and couldn't feel any comfortable at all.
My masseur he was strong but inexperienced did not catch the correct points make me feel more pain in the next day.
In conclusion is female masseur weak, male masseur is over power. Price has increased it’s not as cheap as you said….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner was super helpful and friendly which makes the booking procedure hassle-free and fast. Managed to book a 60 min session (they were pretty much fully booked on that day) for me & family as we were only there for 1 night during the Raya holidays. My lady masseuse was very skillful, attentive and the pressure used on my body was just nice (not too hard or too soft).
Opt for the lemongrass oil premium massage and it made my experience very much more calm & relaxing. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Penang :)

I wrote Carine on WhatsApp for a spontaneous appointment as I felt quite sore from walking the whole day. She was very considerate and asked me if I would be okay with a male masseur, which I didn’t mind and got an appointment an hour later.
When I arrived I got asked for my sore areas and got some lemongrass tea. The massage itself had good pressure and was even a bit longer then I payed for.

I want to congratulate all the team pinang massage house for their kindness and good doing. We have given ourselves the premium massage of 1 hour being enormously satisfied and grateful. You are greeted with a lemon grass tea and a foot cleanse. At the end of the massage you are given a warm towel to clean your face and another wonderful relaxing you. I highly recommend visiting this site if you want to stay like new. Once again ageadeto the team its professionalism. We'll see each other again ??

Took the foot reflexology and shoulder package the first time and enjoyed it so much that I came back the second time (within a 4-day trip!) for a full body massage.
Was pleasantly surprised that the massages were consistent despite getting two different masseurs.
