★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable stay. Got basic amenities. WiFi is quite stable and fast. There are fridge, utensils, shampoo and bath gel. Sometimes, got small cockroach appear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy with the nepalese and philipine workers treated us.We paid for staying there but too many rules and regulations including we cant use the pool? WHAT? the pool is why I chose this place.
The rooms are clean and tidy . To get a parking we had to park on the basement but there were no escalators! We (4 children ,1 baby) had to use the car's path to get on the G Floor and again frustrated that the lift avalaible only for "BOMBA".
At least teach the workers to speak English if they cant speak Malay!

Stayed here for 4 nights.
Let’s start with my motorcycle cover being stolen on the first night. Left my USB cable and covered my bike with a cover, went missing when I came back to use the bike on the following morning. You know what’s the best thing ? My bike was parked next to the guard manning the entrance and exit.
1. Check in, I waited 15 min for the lady to come
Down.
2. The lobby looked nice but the apartment was different. No safety latch. Big tears in the couch. Very very basic thin towels.
3. Walls were dirty and and rooms were sparsely furnished.
4. Everyday at 5-7pm, there’ll be plenty of kids playing downstairs at the playground, playing with Whistles for goodness sake. The noise travels up so easily.
5. They promised to change my towels but the customer service went missing
6. Couch gave me the itches, don’t sit on it.
7. Checkout was worst. Texted them at 9 to say I wanna check out, no reply from them. Probably sleeping. Had to go downstairs to the guardhouse for them to call their number. Took 10min to come down. When I asked why they didn’t respond do any of my calls, she said she didn’t know cos someone else was in charge.
8. The mirror in the bathroom was a joke. They didn’t even bother to hang up the mirror. We aren’t hobbits.
Don’t be fooled by the lovely photos, it’s miles apart when you stay there.
Plus points, the apartment is big, there's amenities and rather comfortable, but compared to other apartments I've stayed in, this really needs alot of improvements.
Terrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve experienced to date.
Oh, and don’t eat at the Japanese Restaurant below, sushi wasn’t fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to KL at march 2019 with my friends. We stay at Avantas apartment for 3 days. It's really a good place to stay. We choose family room for 9 persons. There are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with cold and hot water and they give us bath soap and shampoo, living room with big lcd TV, wi-fi, sofa, and air conditioner, kitchen and dining room with refrigerator, mineral water, kitchen set, and microwave that really useful for us to heating food. The living room is so cozy and have a city view. The swimming pool is so good and clean. There is jacuzzi in public pool. I love to stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there in a large group, when we checked in, we were told that for some issues, they cannot give us units on the same floor. The card access only enables you to go to your floor, imagine the trouble we went thru when going to gather at one unit. Only one parking per unit, so for large group, other cars need to be parked at visitor parking and charged rm35 for overnight parking. The swimming pool and playground area is nice. Overall despite all the issues, we managed to have a good time.. Will we come here again? I don't think so. Too many hassles.

The swimming pool and the fitness room were all good.
The host was excellent. She guided us from A-Z and was very helpful throughout our stay.
Finally we had a very joyful experience being there.
