β β β β β There's a garden and common area @ level 11 but it is not accessible??? what can I say more. Management revoke access card permission without any notification and it takes hours to recactivate it. Lot of parcels lost from pick up when enquired no response says camera not working.

β β β β β such a lousy place in here ..i feel like living in a cave of thieves , my parcel and food lost few times already within a few hours only... some ppl living here have no good behavior , like to steal other things in the loading bay.. better watch out and be careful . not recommend to move in and I decide to move out even though still in contract .

Nice view... Just the sound isolation is bad
Door slam is terrible even tho we try to close it gently it sound noisy like hell! ?
Many cockroach ? so be careful before move in ask for a cleaner team. Totally windy, cool temperature all day... Thats what i feel
Rest ok. Low density and new condo.
